The banana is next on the list I think.  I also bought some catnip seeds so will be sowing them at the end of Summer.

He certainly looks like he's enjoying it  ;D They're top quality and last for absolutely aaaaages - mine has got to be 18 months old and the boys still go through phasing of beating the hell out of it  :naughty: How sweet of Samson to send his Daddy a card  :Luv2:

They are great.  Jaffa has a banana and a cigar and they are the only catnip toys that really get him going  ;D  I was going to throw out the banana because it's looking a bit manky, but then he started playing with it and I didn't have the heart.

This is Willum, one of my daughters cats, playing with his much mangled cigar  :evillaugh:  Sorry the picture is a bit blurry - he wouldnt keep still!!  :Luv2:

Cookie, his sister, loves them too, but she SITS on hers to stop Willum pinching it.

And look what she's done to her poor Mowsie!!!

I've found that Samson doesn't like ALL catnip toys.  He did like the aromatherapy ball from the purrs shop though although that must have lost it's scent as he doesn't bother with it much now.

I've just nipped home to pick up some documents though and he's STILL playing with the cigar so it was definately a good purchase.  I also caught him carrying it around like a dog with a bone this morning too.

The banana and sardines are not tough enough for my lot  :(  the tail was ripped of the sardine in 20 minutes  and the banana gave way after a few days, dexter is eating the nip out of it so its getting used, i will stick with the xmas tree i think as that went 6 months  :wow:

So glad Samson loves the cigar and that ya OH liked the card  ;D

lol MM i willl have to asked Yeowww makers if they do an extra tough banana.  :evillaugh:  I do think the catspurrs ghost and the kris krinkles (the xmas tree toy) are a bit stronger material esp as they have the fake furry back which the other yeowww toys don't have.

I meant sardines not fishies LOL

Wow my cats must be very gentle with toys cos the banana and the cigar are not damaged at all and although the sardines have been well sucked, thats all.

Is that how quickly they get through them?

Luckily, after the initial 'new nip toy' frenzy Samson is a rather laid-back, casual player.  Apart from a few puncture wounds, he's not yet destroyed them!
