Title: Things we do for our cats
Post by: Leanne on July 05, 2009, 13:36:18 PM
Hubby and I were just talking in the garden, and after Milo's fence walk yesterday we spent £80 on screens for the garden. We've recently got a new bed and couldn't get a divan as the boys like to sleep under the bed, the storage boxes we brought don't fit under the bed but we won't take them back because the boys have adopted them as beds  :evillaugh:

Our fridge started to pack up so we ordered a new one the man in the shop offered to fit and deliver it the next day but we refused and waited a week as we didn't want to upset the boys having someone sitting in and a stranger in the house,   :innocent:

We have more toys in our house then friends of mine who have children

Oh well its just a good job we love them, they can try my patience at time but boy I do love them  :Luv: even if everything in the house revolves around them.

Life definitely revolves around our boys. Garfield has taken it to a whole other level this weekend though. For the past 2 weeks he has been sneezing really badly which the vets thinks is allergies or something stuck, somehow we found out that rubbing his nose helps with his sneezing, although whether its a comfort thing or not we don't know. So for the past 10 days Garf has taken to finding me whenever he sneezes a lot and snuggles in at night because it's now something I even do in my sleep if he is next to me. He doesn't like my tossing and turning though, when I shift to sleep on my right instead of my left he taps me on the shoulder and miaows so I shift back to the other side. He will quite seriously do this all night to make sure I sleep facing him. I didn't even know it was happening until my OH pointed it out, he thinks its the funniest thing he has ever seen

That works here, with two!  If Mr T turns his nose up at something I stick it in Chloe's bowl and suddenly he thinks its caviar or something  :evillaugh:

Chloe is more subtle (devious!!) and wont do that while anyone is watching but unless we have a ghost cat that actually eats .....

You never catch her pinching Mr T's food but it sometimes mysteriously disappears while he was sitting on my lap ...... ;)
