I didn't get chance to post this yesterday, so a bit belated.
What a year it has been - 4 other cats have followed Rosie to the bridge in that time, so she will have plenty of company up there.
I hope you are happy up there Rosie, I wish I had quizzed your parents more, and maybe insisted they did a vet check rather than believe them when they said you were in perfect health, it was obvious within 24 hours your kidneys weren't great, and maybe if they had got you checked out, you could have been let free with the people you had known all your life, rather than being upheaved at your age and spending months trying to adjust to a new home with new cats. The only consolation is that at least you were in a home environment and not a rescue one, so you still got a sofa to sleep on, and a bed, and got to lie out enjoying the sun. RIP little one.
