Title: CANAC Pet Behave Training Spray.
Post by: LadyJane on June 23, 2009, 21:53:45 PM
Has anyone ever used this?  Did it work?

Samson keeps going up the curtains so we've bought some of this and sprayed it on   It's smells so gross, a bit like soap and moquito spray

Never tried it, but I use a cat repellent spray on the hall carpet in front of the small bedroom. For some reason Trouble will insist on ripping the carpet out of the metal gripper thingy that goes across the floor. Only in front of the boxroom, no other. Who knows why????????? It has a very strong citrus smell and does seem to work. When I get out of my bedroom and see the carpet up, I poke it back under the thinggy and reapply the spray. (Hopefully before Hubby notices and complains!)  :sneaky: :shify:

It worked for us on our sofa, but my partner really hates the smell of it so I have to apply it when he's out so it can settle into the fabric. It is overpowering!

Thanks, fingers crossed it will work for Samson.  He only went up there 2/3 times but I'm not sure he knows how to let go so it's resulted in a few snags which I could do without getting worse.  I've also sprayed it on the carpet behind the TV where he likes to chew wires (which we've also now covered with trunking).

I bought some stuff called "Get Off" for the dining room carpet a couple of years ago. - it is like lemon but horrible  (Cintonella maybe?). Willow peed on it  :tired:

We now have stripped & polish floors in there  :evillaugh:
