Title: weird laser habit....

jasper LOVES laser play and go tearing around everywhere, but its really weird - if you put the spot on his paw, he without fail licks his paw. its soooooooooooo funny!!!!

anyone else have such a habit??

Mine are scared once the laser is shinning on their paw!  :evillaugh:

I love it when they think they have caught it, moving their paws away ever so slowly!  :rofl:

 :rofl: yes Marl does that as well  :rofl:  Garf is not so keen on the laser but Marl loves it esp when he gets some tempations after a good play with it.

Shanti loves the laser so much that she simply CANNOT help herself!  She would drive herself to exhaustion if I let her.  But it's a sure fire way of getting her in!  Just a tiny rattle of the laser's keyring and she is in so fast she's a blur!  ;D  But I have to make sure I don't point it anywhere she can potentially hurt herself, because she will go after it no matter what!  It's particularly funny when we play with it in the kitchen, as she slides all over the place!!  :rofl:

Mine all love it. Even the vet was raving about them today. He said he got one in the £1 shop for his new kitten and she loves it  :)

given jaspers had a bird and a mouse both sice 6 this evening what i wouldnt give for him to be licking a laser!!!

Just tried this out with Samson.  When we shine it on his front paws he kept his bum where it was (he was sitting) and kept moving his upper body further back and back until he almost toppled over backwards.  He's so clumsy!

Mine are so unsure when you shine the laser on their paws - they don't move at all and just stare at it.   Also when I shine it on one of the cat's fur, the other cat stops chasing it - it's like if it lands on them they're not allowed to touch it.   ;D

Lyla gets scared if its on her paw, she will walk backwards to get away from it  :evillaugh:
