Title: Countdown to Dougie O' Clock!

On Sunday, 13:00 hours, Bournemouth, we'll be taking custody of the gorgeous Dougie Meowser  :wow:
He will have travelled a long way by this time, am hoping he travels well.  He will doubtless do a big wee the second he gets into our car :evillaugh:

Even though Louis our neighbour's cat has been dragged in against his will been invited in for a fuss now and then the house just doesn't feel right without a permanent resident.

We're going to pop a light a candle on Dinah's grave on Sunday, just in case she's worried we might have forgotten her...:Luv:

I have a feeling Mr. D. Meowser won't be ready to meet his adoring public for a day or two, but pics are guaranteed to follow...

Really excited for you, Dougie is a very lucky little boy  :) Dinah would be proud that you're giving him the home he deserves  :hug:

Thanks, she really hated other cats and used to turn into hairy bagpipes if any dared to come near her, so I feel a bit disloyal.

The Proot would definitely have approved though, which makes me feel better!

Baggy, you aren't disloyal because the love you had for Dinah is still there. It hasn't disappeared just because you give love to another cat that needs it. ;)

I think it's great you're taking on Dougie and look forward to the pictures when he's settled in. :)

Dinah just didnt want to share her home, she wouldnt begrudge another cat having that same love  :hug:

:thanks: everyone.  Am very excited about giving a home to a needy 'babe, but it feels a bit odd.  Suppose I feel a bit nervous!  As soon as Dougie is actually installed I know it will be fine.

Bonnie doesn't like travelling but I find Classic FM on the radio calms her down a bit.
