Oscar one of my mums escaped last night and is still not home :(
Please send homing vibes for him :)
They have a cat proofed garden so he doesnt know his way around either.
She's worried sick :(
Oh behalf of Bazsmum...but we all love him.
Oscar come home!!!
-
oh how scary - My Oscar got out of our catproofing a few weeks back (we had to chop the bay tree down afterwards!!) and I saw him disappear off and couldn't do anything, by the time I got home from work he was back and hungry so fingers crossed this Oscar will be the same
-
Hope he's back very soon
-
I hope so Dawn, but Oscar has never been outside in his life.
My mums oh has seen him but Oscar ran away from him. He's an ex-feral also.
Im going to go help if nothing by the time my OH gets back.
-
Thinking positive thoughts to guide Oscar home

I am currently going through Sam's advice in the lost & found sect....
Im gonna go out when its dark and spread the contents of the hoover around the house! :sneaky: He is neutered so hopefully has'nt gone too far! :scared:
Im on a mission till the little one is home!!! :tired:
Thanks for the vibes and please keep them coming....
Thanks CC for posting this!

Please come home Oscar , your Mummy is worried! :(
-
OK Oscar, enough is enough. Back to barracks, pdq.
Fingers crossed, Bazsmum
-
OH took the sons round looking last night and they spotted him! ;D
So OH asked the lads to stay near him and do nothing till he came and got me...on the way round to get me his youngest son (15 btw) shone the torch at him which scared him and made him run off! >:(
I think were gonna have to borrow a trap! :sneaky: :tired:
The main thing is that we had a sighting though! :Luv:
-
Im sure Gizzy will look very fitting in my rabbit harness :evillaugh:
-
Sorry i missed this, is he home yet?
-
Any update?
-
Have you checked all cupboards and wardrobes - I know it might sound daft but one of my cats managed to get locked in a cupboard.
Come home soon Oscar
:where:
-
So glad you had a sighting - I suppose there might still be some feral in him (or have you had him so long that there isn't?) keep shouting him and leaving food down and a trail of food to your house maybe - but then again, have you room for another 20 cats
Good luck

Yvonne, Oscar escaped when the bin was being put out, and has been seen outside.

OSCARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR come home now....you are loved and so missed, you have worried them all enough. Dont be scared and run away they are just trying to help you home
-
Cue the Benny Hill music! :tired:
Well Im so happy to report the wanderer has returned! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
What a night we have been through...out since 10pm, seen him approx 11pm about ten metre's from the house, every time we came close,he ran!
I am so proud of Oscar....I took him and his bro on as semi feral and was really worried that he would go back over...expecting to have to borrow a trap...I have definitely underestimated him....he obviously knows more than I thought.... :sneaky:
:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :yayyy: :yayyy: :yayyy: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Great news

Brilliant news, good boy Oscar :)
-
Well done lad ;D
-
Bless him, he has been really quiet since getting him early this morning....he is very relaxed though! I have given him the once over and noticed that all his claws (front & back) are snapped off big style... :scared: His pads are fine though so just wondering can this happen via skidding on a pavement or something like that?
I am so pleased the little man is home...I have to stress for anyone that has recently lost a furbabe the sooner you get out and do whats on Sams Lost & Found advice list the better...Every hour is crucial! I know in all cases this will not be the answer but I reckon a good 80% of the time it is!
Thanks again Purrs peeps! ;D
Forgot to mention that we came across loads of really friendly strays....to which of course got fed a few biccies! :innocent: A lovely lady who lives a few streets away feeds a couple of them so that pleased me no end! :Luv:
-
Glad Oscar is back home . :)
-
Well done Oscar :yayyy: :yayyy: :yayyy: :yayyy:
But you are a bit of a naughty boy, you know, disappearing like that. Too many Purrs puds being naughty in this way at the moment :shify:
-
Relieved to hear he's back. :)
-
So pleased he is back ;D
You mention his claws and its the first thing that a vet looks at if a cat has no visible injuries cos claw problems are a sign of a road accident. I hope this isnt the case but please keep a watchful eye on him over the weekend

I thought of that Gilly, but luckily he is moving about normal, eating drinking and best of all giving me the longest cuddles I have ever had from him! :Luv:
I am keeping an eye on him though! ;)

Pleased he is doing well back at home ;D
