Title: Zooplus, damaged goods again!!!
Post by: Mollyrock on May 13, 2009, 12:58:24 PM: I purchased the Royal Canin Hair & Skin for our new cat Lacie as she is very out of condition. £14.99 for 2kg. I aint happy!!!!

I am more annoyed that it's the Royal Canin. You can see that the cardboard had soaked the nutritional oils from the kibble. I bought this for a specific reason for a very special little girl who needs it.

It seems to depend on what you order. If it's all the same product for example, just Bozita, my orders seem ok, but if it is mixed items there is just nothing in the box to protect the goods from damaging each other.
P.S. Yeah very nosey cat ;D....& he's not the one that needs the RC hair & Skin at the mo!!!

I only order from them if if I can't get what I want anywhere else or if they are significantly cheaper than their competitors.

I havnt ordered from zoocrap for a couple of months, never though id last this long :shocked:

I am ready to put another order in and am just waiting for the right time when I can be at home to receive the delivery. I'm stuck with zooplus because it's not possible for me to order from lots of different places and they sell lots of foods that I like for the boys. We will see how the next one turns out. I am going to go for DHL delivery this time.
