Title: fluffys done it again
Post by: tryme on April 28, 2009, 18:53:00 PM
looks like another trip to the vet. Don't have a clue what this is. Can't be fleas as he's just had his frontline not to long ago. I think he got oil or something on it and it has took the hair off. Mum says it wont grow back, is that true?

Ear mites can cause bald ears - is he scratching at his ears or shaking his head? If not it could be an allergy.  Hopefully he will be sorted with a quick trip to the vets.

For as long as I've had Max (8 years), he's always had bald bits on his ears as well, not completely bald, but not much fur on there at all.

Its never seemed to bother him, but may be back to the time when he was a stray?

oh ok. He scratches it now and then but it looks like its healing up to me. Would the hair grow back?
