i have emailed them, just wondering if any of you have had much luck with replies from them?

My first order was missing an item and they asked me to take a picture of the missing item
They sorted it though and gave me a refund for the missing item pretty quickly once I took a picture of an empty box

I had to take pics once, i got lots of shots of dents and then realised the email address didnt accept incomming mail, i had to message them several times to find out where to send the pics and then got told i shouldnt have been asked for photos and they just refunded me :tired:

When we bought our giant cat tree from them we realised that one of the attachment bits, (bolt thingy) had fallen inside the post... with the plastic bit that held it to the post :tired:
When I emailed them they told me to "go to a local hardware store and find one similar" hmmmmmmmm thanks!
Of course I told them this wouldn't work as there would be nothing to fix it to so, could they please send me a replacement post instead......
TWO WEEKS later I received a small bag of screws! :tired:
By this point OH had just wedged a thick piece of folded card under the post to make it tight :evillaugh:
I couldn't tease the cats any longer waiting for Zooplus :naughty:
P.S It was still safe as it was attached at the top... although with a rather large Dylan and Smudge sitting on it I think only cementing it to the floor could have made it stop wobbling!
