Today I have 2 rather grubby mostly white kittens... tomorrow they have a show.... today they have a bath
This is going to be interesting...
Indy is easy to bath, he just clings to my shoulder and cries whilst I do it then asks for a cuddle and a treat afterwards... He will even play in a bath as he wants to chase the bubbles.
Misha will play in the bath if you aren't looking... however, try force him in then you get a reaction similar to potassium hitting water...
wish me luck! *whimper*

Thats so funny!
Dylan was the same. I ahd to bath him once when he decided to sit out in the rain :tired: Smelly wet cat... nice!
I roped in the OH to do the holding bit while I washed :evillaugh: At one point I thought Dylan had his claws stuck in his rubber gloves... then realised it was his skin! :evillaugh:
OH decided never to listen to me again!!! No change there then. :tired:
:luck: for both.

Good luck, I've had to wash Charley's fluffy trousers before and it really wasn't fun. For the rest of the evening he limped about whenever he caught me watching him for maximum sympathy.

the boys are both bathed with no injuries to anyone other than my PJ bottoms which got ripped on the corner of the sink....
Oh and a couple of bruised egos :evillaugh:
Here are some 'after' shots... how their legs get so yellow/grubby as indoor cats I will never know!

No During pics as my hands were rather full... is there anything with lower friction than 'soaped cat'?

Will be looking out for 2 nice smelling cats tomorrow !
I have had to bath 3/4 in my time , they aren''t impressed with you , thats for sure .
-
They look like they are commiserating with each other in the last pic ;D
I've never bathed a cat and hope I never have to.
-
well all is forgiven :innocent:
I just got snuffles and headbutts... is it love or because tea was served? ;)
-
Aaww, I only ever had to bathe Layla because of the mess she got herself in with her poorly tum :( Not something I would repeat in a hurry- certain members of my household would NEVER forgive me! lol

Oh, Bless those poor little soggie moggies :Luv2: :evillaugh:
Glad you survived the experience :briggin: I wish you all the very best for tomorrow - their Aunty Chloe and Uncle T send them big   and have their paws crossed for them both :Luv:
