Title: Thumbs up! one cat saved!!
Post by: Robbo on April 09, 2009, 16:02:49 PM
well you might have read my post about my girlfriends mams cats etc...

well today have a massive breakthrough!!

we were playing with Freda...one of the cats...she is sooo sweet she love snuggles all the time and is always gentle....but gets bullied when food is there and misses out....so my gf decided to have that as hers, and we started talking while playing etc, and she said she wants to start looking after her etc.....so i told her what problems i could see etc ...

we then took a trip to pets at home, got her some applaws wet and dry, a nice brush to get some of the bad stuff off her, i even trimmed her nails as they were...well.....masssiveee lol

and i told her how good food will help etc and we will check her again in about a weeks time see if she has put some weight on as was quite skinny.

also next is worming tablets and a visit to the vets when we have sorted stuff out.

yayyyyy lol

she is such a sweet cat she deserves it.

Great news! If she's unneutered, get her in quick though!

You may not see any improvement on the weight front until she has been wormed!  ;)

Great news that the ball is rolling though!  ;D

Dont forget to tell your girlfriends mum that the wet food needs balancing out with a decent amount of dry, or only feeding a couple of times a week.
