I got about 7 emails from them earlier. I unsubscribed as I am fed up with getting 3 emails each time from them anyway - one for each cat registered :Crazy:
I just got another email with an apology and a £2 off voucher.

I got them earlier and a voucher tonight for £2. Fair credit to them for admitting they've mucked up and offering something in compensation to apologise (even though for me it wasn't a huge inconvenience!).
Admittedly as I never buy Hills this could cost me money! LOL

I signed up but never get emails. I could seriously use any Hills vouchers as both of mine eat Hills. Do they send them regularly or only when they've annoyed you?! :evillaugh:

Only when they have annoyed you I suppose. I doubt they can be used for prescription food though :tired: - all the regular Hill's 2kg bags are 3 for the price of 2 in PAH right now. I have a stock pf prescription food as I ordered from a certain company recently and they said the food came direct from the supplier. Instead of sending 2kg bags of 3 different foods, they sent 2 bags of each ;D - I don't feel bad as Colgate Palmolive who own Hills can afford it. Also it would cost a bomb to send back.
