Today is the day the puddies go off to their fosterers. They arrive at 11am to pick them up. We had a lovely smoochy snuggle and I woke up with both of them on the bed which doesn't happen too often :Luv:
I will see them very soon hopefully and then I can update you all with pics of them enjoying life down under.

 awww, just look at them :Luv: :Luv2:

I just can't imagine being separated from my cats - I know you will see them soon though
We were in Thomas Cook yesterday and had words as OH asked for brochures for Mauritius and I said there was no point as it wouldn't be worth going for a week. OH said he is determined that we will go on a long haul in the near future but for now we have Greece, Portugal and Spain - even then, I am not saying a word that might encourage booking anything :evillaugh:
Anyway, it's great that Dave & Chilli have a friend to keep each other company in the meantime :)
-
Ahhh bless them ... I'm sure they will look after each other until they get to join you "down under".
-
Aw honey I bet you are so upset at having to leave them with someone while you get settled.

It won't take long until they join you in NZ x
-
Awwwww 's for you. How long will you be away from them? I bet they'll just see it as a big adventure, it's only us silly hoomans who get upset by being apart from our pets. :Luv2:

I remember the forst time I went away after getting Kylie. I had a very capable lady coming in twice a day to feed her and she had endless gardens to explore (for some reason she favoured one 3 along and one back on their shed roof :evillaugh: ) I got back thinking she would be missing me. She came in but wanted her tea then straight back out the flap :tired:

They've gone :'( I am seeing the fosterer on Wednesday evening for the last flat clean and some take away for my last night so will get an update then but that's it, I am now a mad cat lady without any cats. :'(

I have had a little update. Chilli apparently is swanning around like she owns the place which is no surprise at all little madam! Dave on the other hand is hiding behind the sofa growling at people, none of us have ever heard him growl so the mummy's boy is being just that and not happy at being taken to the strange place with the strange people. Is it wrong that I'm a little bit pleased about that?! I know he'll settle though, the need for food and cuddles will override his desire to sulk.
-
Good Luck with your move to NZ. I envy you the fantastic scenery and your Furbabes will rejoin you soon. (((HUGS))) ;)
-
You see, Chilli came home when she did cos she knew you needed her to help with Dave ;D Bless him, he'll be fine but I know what you mean about being a bit glad that he misses you!
-
