Title: Cats won't eat RC Renal - how would I go about money back guarantee with vetUK?

I am going to give Hill's a try as Willow is happily eating Hill's senior.

I donate quite a lot already and would like a replacement really as with 4 cats and 3 vet bills in as many weeks, I am trying to economise a bit.
