Arrived this morning - superfast delivery - so I thought I would try it out on Tiffany, the fanatical bird watcher and very occasional catcher, if one should happen to unfortunately set down inside the enclosure
I wafted it over her head as she lay in her basket - she howled and fled - 10 minutes later she is still hiding under the bed - the great wuss
do all cats take a while to learn to play with it?
-
Mine loved it from the word go, maybe trying flicking it around on the floor first rather than a full on Bald Eagle circling her bed :evillaugh:
-
Mr T was terrified of it (Da Bird) at first - then instead of making it fly I dragged it - and he loved it. In fact his favourite attachment is the furry thing that looks like a rabbits paw!! We call it his "ferret" as we have to keep ferreting it out of places. :evillaugh:
Try dragging it along th ground - when she has "made friends" with it, you will probably find she accepts the flying. Its quite a big toy in relation to the size of the average cat!!

Gizzy is a big fan of the furry too - they BOTH love Da Bird. :wow:
-
Byron just loves it, she did from day 1 too the only other thing she will play with is one of those plastic things which come off the plastic tablet bottles :evillaugh:

I find with new and different toys some of my guys take a little time to warm to them.
