Just to aid all of those who order from Zooplus can you add who delivers your order - Courier, post office etc
This should help Gill compile information to use or others to get discounts!!!!!!!!!!
Ours is by Post Office Parcel division and if you look in my thread I have a lovely order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

GLS/parcelforce here.
-
Parcelforce here - it has a GLS label on it but it comes in a Parcelforce van!

It's GLS at the other end and Parcelforce once it gets over here.

I pay the extra £1 to go with DHL rather than Parcelforce as although the Zooplus packaging is woefully inadequate whichever carrier you choose I find that DHL repair the packages better than Parcelforce. All my DHL parcels arrive wrapped head to toe in 'repackaged by DHL' tape whereas the Parcelforce ones just have gaping holes.
They seem to use the green plastic strips randomly but when they do the packages arrive in much better shape, I have to say I've only ever had problems with heavy packages (20-30 kg) though.

GLS

DHL Home delivery (it's actually one of my patients ho delivers for them)

DHL bot had any problems

might be handy if, in addition to naming the service, you also specify the sort of condition on arrival ... makes it a more useful exercise ...

I plump for GLS (the 'free' one) and my parcels always arrive in perfect condition.
The one time I tried the DHL £1 supplement option, my parcel arrived in a terrible state - I think it had been thrown about.

GLS as its free, i always order quite a lot and the litter is always on the verge of busting out and the tins are always put loose in a box thats too big for them so its likes 10 peas being shaken around in box >:( 90% of tins are always dented.
When i ordered bozita in cartons i would often have a burst one leaking juice all over >:( >:(
ONCE i received my tins in their original packaging, this reduced almost all dents as they were clingwrapped on trays in 6's or 12's, its never happened again :tired:
