I know there was a discussion on this somewhere but cant find it -
I think Mark was talikng about trying it and just wanted to say that I ordered a 7.5kg bag last night for £30 from K9 Kapers, free delivery in 2/3 days - I am going to mix it with the Orijen to start with and see how it goes.

I am umming and ahing about this too. I think Mark mentioned it on the poo thread that I started about Dot's bot. I am just slogging my way through the last of the RC Sensible and then I think I will give it a go. I would be interested to hear how you get on though. Do you have a cat with a troublesome bot, or are you just looking for a quality no-grain food?

With 4 benglies I have to be careful what food I feed them - 2 of the benglies have never had a problem and neither have my 2 moggies but the other 2 benglies are quite "sensitive"
I used to feed Arden Grange before I got the Benglies and always got on really well with it, the only reason I changed was because I wanted a grain free food and also would have had to feed separate foods for kiiten and adult. They are all on adult now so am hoping the Arden Grange sensitive works out.
The RC sensible was a No no with the Benglies.

Mine love Arden Grange Sensitive. Sounds weird but it actually smells quite nice for a fishy food.

I am ordering soon but still have about 3kg of RC sensitive to get through first. I'm pretty sure the 7.5kg bag of Arden Grange is about £26 from VetUK - (You have to spend over £39 to get free delivery if there is any food in an order)
Edit - just checked and it is £30 from VetUK as well http://www.ardengrange.com/Pet-Food/adult-cat-food.asp - the ordinary ones are cheaper. Still, it is a lot cheaper than Orijen since they hiked the price up 30% :Crazy:
Also through VetUK, £1.50 will go to whichever rescue site you go through ;D

Its cheaper Mark and an extra 0.5kg, I just get fed up with struggling to get the Arden Grange a lot of the time and the fact that it is nearly £10 cheaper is a definate plus point.

I wasn't disagreeing :evillaugh: - I am really hoping mine will take to it. Willow seems to have gone off RC sensitive strangely around the time I bought a big bag :tired:)

That's interesting because there is one thing that I am not keen on re Arden Grange - the itsy bitsy kibble size. As your cats will have big gobs like wot Dot has, do you see the minute kibble size as a prob? I do like Dot to use her teeth on something other than me.

With the benglies if the biscuits are smaller they just pile more in their gobs at once :rofl:

They do tend to inhale it lol, the only food they crunch is the RC Maine Coon one however one of mine can't have maize hence the Arden Grange sensitive.

At the moment, Dot's doing a mix of RC Sensible and RC Maine Coon. If poss, having read your post and had a bit of a fink, I will try and switch her to Arden Grange but keep the RC maine Coon. I can't helping thinking those impressive teeth should be used!
