Funny how they just know when there is something they want to get their teeth into ;D

The boys waiting patiently for some meat from OH ....even Oscar appears out of retiral for this!! lol!!
Nina the newbie hasnt yet learnt that to just sit and stare is enough - as she eagerly tries to jump up the bunker !!
There patience paid off and they got a wee nibble each ;D

Ahhh bless them ... and what well behaved kitties you have. My lot would have been up on the worktop trying to wrestle the meat out of my hand!

It's like that advert - Daddy or chips? Answer - Meat! :evillaugh: It's great to see them all so relaxed in each others company, definitely made the right choice about adopting Nina :)

Thanks Helen - yes we def did and I am so glad....I toyed and toyed with the notion and was so worried it would go wrong and really I couldnt have asked for it to have gone better. I would even go as far as to say Oscar has been more active - he was playing with baubbles on the Christmas tree yesterday and he pretends he cant see pah!!!!

Awwwwww looks just like our kitchen at dinner time
-
Double the amount of cats and its a very familiar picture!!
My lot get a dry food diet only due to their dodgy tummys but over Christmas they did get treated to lots of turkey etc. They hover round our feet constantly in the kitchen now. We did a beef roast the other day. Hubby had carved it up and left it in a platter in gravy to reheat later. I didn't know and let the cats into the kitchen. I came in to find him putting the rest into their bowls as he came in to find they had all got up to the counter, pulled the cover off and were helping themselves.

Amazing what cats can do when they saet their minds to it lol!! All that roast beed wasted too!!!
I had made some jollof rice one night( rice, tomoatoes, some meat and veg all in one big pot) and left it with the lid on top on the cooker. A few hours later I saw Edgar had a reddish paw and I thought oh my goodness is he bleeding!!! Arrghh
Then realised it was stain - walked into kitchen and lid was off the top and he had been scooping the food out!! priceless

I was warne by a fellow forum member that whan Jerry was old enough he would be off with my roast chicken. She wasn't wrong.................. :evillaugh:
I have trouble keeping the gingers out of the cupboard at dinner time , let alone off the worksurface!h
