Title: Everything tastes better with a cat hair in it...
Post by: Baggy on December 24, 2008, 20:53:26 PM
...husband is baking a Christmas stollen cake this evening.  He's carefully prepared the ingredients in the freshly cleaned kitchen (Dinah hates the kitchen anyway).  The dough was left to rise under a tea-towel, which was washed in a tee-towel only wash.  The tea-towel has just been removed.

Can you guess what's on top of the stollen dough?

Yup, and of course they have a hair colour for every occasion, ooh, you're wearing pale clothes today, you'll be needing some BLACK hair then...

LOL!

I've been making batches of mince pies and served some to guests the other day, I could see one of them surreptitiously trying to remove a hair from her mouth after she'd taken a bite LOL!  :evillaugh:

I know when I had the B&B, I often found cat hairs on the sides of plates when people had finished  :evillaugh:

My Mum won't eat at my house as she's worried about cat hairs.

To be honest, I'm so used to them now I honestly don't notice.

The amount of time I wake up to find cat hair dried onto my teeth where Max has come up for a snuggle in the night, I'm suprised I don't get furballs  :evillaugh:

One of our pressies was a splendid teapot with a spout that doesnt dribble.  Hooray!  We do drink an awful lot of tea.  It has a little strainer thing inside it for loose tea (havent had that in YEARS) so we hve been enjoying different teas.  But the little strainder thing STILL dosnt manage to deal with cat hair .... Lap(cat)Sang suchong anyone ?

I am used to hairs in everything too.  I don't bat an eyelid.  It just adds a bit of fibre  ;D
