Lets hope that lots of pets get 'done' unfortunately I expect like me many people have not seen an advert for this and will miss out. As previously mentioned we in Chesterfield are having a neutering campaign and are offering neuters/spays for £5 (all procedures to be completed by 15/3/06) with us a person does not need to be on benefits and we will pay the £5 balance if necessary.

just bumping this up.

The ads are only in the PDSA so only people who go there will see them, They are working with the CP to do this. Although there will be many eligible persons out there that could take advantage of this offer they may not have a sick animals they would not register and therefore miss out.
I think a lot more should be done to promote the neutering schemes and let people know what its about, some people don't even know what neutering means.

It is surprising how many times I am asked for help to get a cat nutted or spayded. Mind you I don't care what they call it as long as the cats are 'done'.
