Title: Does Zooplus do replacement parts?

The cats have wrecked one of their cat stands and I was wondering does anyone know if I could buy replacement poles off Zooplus?  Most of the stand is alright but they've managed to split one of the bottom poles in half with their scratching and they've ripped all the sissal rope off the other  :tired:

Some how I doubt it cos they all come packaged as a unit but nothing to stop you emailing them and asking .

I wish they would, the next one of mine to to be replaced i will be salvaging any remaining good bits and keeping them

When I had the problem with my cat tree (when it snapped in half!) they sent me a couple of replacement posts and a pack of replacement screws etc., so they can get hold of replacements.  The question is whether they will do it if it's not because the original tree was faulty.

I'll try them then and see what they say otherwise they'll have to wait until after xmas for a new one   :hug:
