I would like to sign but I can't see anywhere on the petition where it explains what it's aim is - other than the very general ban of puppy farms.  Am I missing something?  I agree with banning puppy farms but how?  Some sort of licensing that prevents people keeping more than a certain number of animals/breeding without an licence and regular inspections?  Is there anything more specific than mentioned on the petition?

Sorry Susanne, I got it from another site. I suppose if there is a petition set up someone must be doing something to follow it up.
