Title: Wrong food in PAH foil trays
Post by: Millys Mum on November 15, 2008, 19:31:57 PM
Dexter and Magoo are rather fussy so i thought id try some of the PAH foil trays, they are supposed to be chunks in jelly or gravy but the 2 iv opened so far have a terrine style food in them  >:(

Suprisingly theres 13% fresh meat and 14% fish in the salmon flavour one

Not necessarily the wrong food.  I've had food described as in jelly before when the texture was more pate or terrine like.

Me too. I find it really annoying! Tescos premium stuff used to be more definite "chunks" in jelly and all my cats liked it. I'm pretty certain they've changed it and my lot aren't as fond any more. :tired:

Chunks in gravy should have some kind of juice in it surely....

I don't know about gravy, but cosma cat food is described as being in jelly, but there is no discernable jelly and it's more like a coarse pate.  There is jelly in it, but it's all  mixed in.
