I know, apparently it was over £500 up on last year's Christmas result, which was just fantastic  :)

I'm really sorry Ela, I am visiting my sister this weekend otherwise I'd have popped in.

I hope you raise lots of pounds for all the lovely cats in your care  ;D

I don't know how much we took yet, but the stalls looked much better than ever before and their seemed a constant flow of people. A while ago we lost our fund raising officer so a few of the people who always help at these events got together and formed a little committee and now just organise it themselves and it seems to work much better. We are quite lucky as we have two ladies who make lots of textile goods. A man who is a woodwork expert and makes loads of different things out of wood, he buys the wood, paint makes the goods, sells them and gives us every penny. Over the year he gives us thousands. In a bit I will get Stuart to take a pick of my kitchen roll holder and loo roll holder, although he does so much more and in different animals too. Years ago one of my granddaughters wanted a Sindy clock. Now Brian had not even heard of Sindy, I gave him a jigsaw box with her picture on and he made a clock exactly the same.

Pics of Brian's kitchen roll holder, loo roll holder and door stop. As previously these are one design of many.

Oops! didn't really resize too well but I am sure you get the pic.
