Title: Going to give cat grass another go
Post by: LeighK on October 21, 2008, 15:47:06 PM
Hi folks,

Some while back I bought a tub of cat grass and Alfie went potty on the stuff but, in true Alfie fashion, he didn't know where to stop and decimated it resulting in a dose of the "runs" but I caught Frankie the other day investigating "Bertie the bamboo plant" and it might help Suzie as a gentle laxitive so I bought some more today and we'll see how it goes.

Cheers

mine love eating grass I suppose you might have to hide it if you think they are overdosing!

The last time I grew some the cats ate the grass, and then pooped in the tray.

Summer loves grass but when I grow her cat grass she doesn't blinking eat it!  The other two don't bother at all with it.  Smartie does like to lie in the tub though

Hiya,

Alfie does everything to excess, it worried me at first that he had the runs but then I put two and two together and worked out why as he just doesn't know when to stop and grazes on the stuff like a cow in a meadow,, maybe he's learned his lesson :)

I said to him at the time in my best Michael Caine accent "You're only supposed to nibble the  :censored: tips off"  ;D

Cheers
