I last saw Mabel on Saturday afternoon
She hasn't shown up for her supper or to use her bed in the garage. I know she is feral and it was likely she would roam but I was beginning to get trust building up.
I am so worried about her and have looked around the village, no sign of her on the roads so hoping she's just mooching off someone else for a few days.
Here she is on Saturday

try making noises with what ever food you feed her we have been doing the same as you with a feral so if its dry food rattle if its tin get fork and tap the tin with fork and even rattle pouches you would be suprised how much they recognise the sounds you can always ring the RSPCA shelter etc see if anyone has picked her up cause even though she is feral you would like to know what has happened to her

Hope Mabel is back safe and sound
-
rattled the foodcan last night and already put word out to Cat Protection, Cat Rescue and RSPCA.
Mabel is Indy's mum and technically we are fostering her for Cat Protection, they pay any medical fees but we buy her food and we have been working on taming her.
We have been getting able to touch her and get greetings
I hope she shows up again soon :(

Shes a beautiful girl, I wonder if she has got herself locked in a local shed/garage, might be worth going out at 6 in the morning calling her and listening for cries, she wont be far away,
hope she turns up safely and soon.

It was a lovely weekend, maybe people were in their gardens ?
Can you get neighbours to check their sheds and garages ?
hope she turns up soon xxxx

Put some leaflets together hun, its how I was reunited with one of my cats Poppy and you can never leaflet enough. Hopefully Mabel will be home soon
-
seen her this morning, limping quite badly and she ate like there was never going to be another meal.
she normally doesn't come in for breakfast, but she came in about 10am mieowing so I added wet food (normally only dry on offer during day)
she polished off the dry food and half a can wet food

how old is indy cause if you take him out with you and get him to cry she may hear it sometimes works with mine specially since i have a noisy one who will cry as soon as you pick him up
-
Indy is 5 months and Mabel has thoroughly rejected him, he is a housecat and not allowed out so he has been fully seperate from Mabel for about 3.5 months

Can you trap her and get her a vet check? She could have been clipped by a car and be in pain :(
-
gonna try catch her tonight, vet is gonna drop in tomorrow to give her a once over as she is over to check on some horses in a nearby field
I love my vet an may kidnap her if I ever move
