I am posting this on behalf of another rescue
PLEASE CROSS POST - HELP NEEDED FOR THESE TWO BOYS
These guys were bought in by the local bobbies. They were found on a busy road in north London. They had just been dumped with the rest of the rubbish and would have been killed by the crusher if the police woman had not seen a paw poking through the black plastic sack.
traumatised and scared they still managed to purr when taken out of the carry box and put into a cat pen.
They are about 4.5 to 5 months old both male very sweet natured and they just want attention. I don't have the time to give them the attention they need, as the rescue and relocating takes up all my time along with the other fosters i have in my care. They only seem to want to eat their food when I am close by to the pen and giving them attention. I am concerned they will withdraw if they are not homed quickly or go into a foster. What lovely boys, thank god for the policewoman's sharp eyes. Fingers crossed they'll be lucky to find a home soon, I'm sure they will.

To be honest, nothing surprises me in this day and age, I think it gets worse by the day >:( The worst of it is, what happens to all the ones that don't get found, it doesn't bear thinking about :'( :'( :'(

Can't really say anything as I would be banned for foul launguage :censored:
but I will say :hug: to the police woman and DD and that these boys are just adorable :Luv:
I looked at Zubin last night as he settled down for the night and thought if you would let me - I would.
An EVIL bolt of poop is on the way to these :censored:.

Dawn (F) like you I am tempted. Like Gail, if Lexy would let me.. after her experience with Stelly Bengal I can't do that to her again, these two just break my heart I so want to give them a home, unbelievable the unspeakable things these people do. >:(

I'm sure if they are in North London, they know Gill Stampe but if not, I can give you her number. She if a professional cat minder and also fosters kittens. She is also involved in TNR and other cat rescue.

I was only going to offer temporary shelter myself Ruth - but I'm sure there will be someone closer and more experienced who can step in!
as an aside what happened with Stella, I must have missed that????

Even temp shelter I'm pushing it, Lexy is just so anti any other cat.
When Stella came to stay, Lexy was not a happy bunny at all. She reverted to being terrified and started soiling under my bed (something she will never do). They had managed to find a way to get at each other and Stelly was a bit bruised with it. I had to make the heart breaking decision to take her back to Teresa. The up side was that Stelly found a home almost instantly with someone who had a bengal and Stelly and James are now two peas in a pod.
The experience showed me that Lexy was mostly likely never going to accept another cat, so as much as I want to help these two and take them in I just can't do that to Lexy. If they can at least get a foster situation they are that much better off.
Poor babies. They're just tiny babies. How can anyone be so cruel.

oh Ruth I had no idea! its usually the bengals that are the trouble! doing the right thing is rarely the easy option but glad they both ended up happier - there were many times I considered sending Star back but because of where she came from I knew she wouldn't have faired well luckily we've never had spraying or soiling they just choose not to mix although that said after two years can now sleep on the same sofa which I call progress!

I really don't know anymore, I suppose some people have no heart and aren't capable of loving anything :'( :'( :'( Sometimes I really do despise the human race, I had another email through this morning about a supposed "rescue" in Spain, I can't really post it as it's too upsetting, I just hope that karma does exists and for everyone who harms an animal they get what they deserve :censored: :censored: :censored:

They are gorgeous aren't they :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2: I was looking at a pic earlier of some kittens in a "rescue" in Spain, absolutely heartbreaking and looking at these two babes, these are the lucky ones even if they have had a bad start. It's so sad that even cases like this, other cats/kittens are going through far worse and they don't see light at the the end of the tunnel, it sounds awful but hopefully the ones in Spain either find new loving homes and quick, or are put out their misery :'( :'(

fabby news that this duo have managed to find a home Dawn... they so deserve it.
I second your views on the Spain situation... although I don't know exactly what you are on about I can imagine and only hope they find peace or a happy new home soon. x

I totally agree Michelle. I would rather they were just put out on the street to fend for themselves than "put out with the rubbish".
