Title: Is my Tilly too fussy?
Post by: Pinkbear (Julie) on August 06, 2008, 12:16:19 PM
I was sitting watching TV this morning and suddenly I became aware of my Tilly next to me giving me the old 'stare-out' routine.  :shify: I couldn't figure what she wanted as I'd just given her her favourite biscuits only 10 mins previously.  :shy:

I tried the usual tickling her chin while carrying on watching telly. Then she reached out a la Simon's Cat and dabbed my face.  :waiting: Again I look round and this time her expression is fuming!  :mad2:

:what: Nothing else for it but to get up out of the chair and see what she really wants.  :Dont know: She then leads me into the kitchen and plonks her little botty in front of the feed bowl. She glances at me, then at the bowl and then back to me as if to say "This is intolerable!"  :no no:

What was the problem? The dish cloth, smelling a tad of disinfectant, had fallen off the work surface and landed about 4 inches away from her bowl. As soon as I picked the dish cloth up, she was happy and started to munch her bikkies. I think she's turning a bit snobby in her old age.  :evillaugh:

Poor Tilly, the service is appalling at times and you just can't get the staff :snooty:

Fussy........... just one of the words we associate our cats with and quite rightly so, why shouldn't they be?  :Luv2:  :Luv:

You didn't really expect her to eat with a smelly dishcloth nearby, did you?  :shify:   Well done, Tilly!
