Title: Non-Absorbent Litter (for urine samples)
Post by: Team Svartalfheims on August 06, 2008, 11:50:32 AM
Just found this on Pet Supermarket at £1.99 for a 200g bag and wondered if it might be of use to anyone.

"Katkor is a cat litter that is non-absorbent and therefore very suitable for collecting urine samples"

Thats the stuff my vet usually supplies me with if I need to get a sample, don't know how much she charges me for it though, must look it up on the invoices. The pack the vet gives me contains the litter, a syringe for collecting the wee, and a container to put the sample in.  ;D

Theres not enough in a bag for a tray, who wants to pee and get wet feet?!
