Title: Vibes for Moses please
Post by: Desley (booktigger) on July 31, 2008, 08:27:00 AM
She is having a dental today, currently not happy with me for starving her and not letting her go outside. Then we just need to find her a home, hopefully before she has been here 7 months.

Thanks everyone, she has had 9 teeth removed, all her upper teeth. She is interested in food, but she is shaking her head a bit after, so it obviously feels weird. Sure she will be fine - she has already tried to escape on me though, so door is locked and being ignored.

I'm sure Moses will cope just fine once she's recovered from her dental surgery.  :)

When we adopted Mathers, we discovered that he had severe gingivitis and needed most of his teeth removing, In the end, he had about three teeth remaining overall but, despite this, he managed to munch on his favourite food and treats just fine albeit more slowly than beforehand!  :Luv:

Still a bit picky with her food, but manages the meat wrapped abs no probs, so sure she is trying some of it on!! She has always been a picky eater though, i even had her original owner confirm she has always been like this, so I wont expect her suddenly eating loads.
