what a cheek - but what an interesting idea
just going to dig out the 5 old monitors in my attic :briggin: (or rush down the dump for a bit of recycling!)
-
£150 OMG how OTT is that price!
-
heck I could put those out at £25 plus p&p
infact I may just do that! with better graphics too
-
perhaps we should purrsonalise them and set up a cottage industry!
-
That's a bit expensive
-
right, sorted out a monitor, gimme a few days to make a mock-up and if people like it I will sell them at £25 plus p&p
graphic design may finally pay off :P
-
I think they got the idea from this site:

As Nan would say, "What a load of old...." :evillaugh:

Unless it was a very early computer the cat would need to be a 'compaq' model too

and you need to be real careful when removing the guts of the monitor the capaciters inside a monitor/TV will kill a grown adult :(
-
It looks a right piece of old tat - I think its only saving grace is that it's for charity!
-
Pah!
A lap top is far more comfortable!
:)
-
It looks great using an old Imac
-

Only 10% is - I wonder if it's a joke as it is so badly down with the writing in black felt tip :evillaugh:

What do they do?
-
they are components of the tube that store up huge amounts of charge and a stray finger or tool will discharge them into you :(
