Sky me wean is now gone ...it was with much sorrow & heavy heart  a  hard decision but she was reallyin a  bad way.  :( :'(     As there was blood in her nose the vet says it was a sign that the infection was serious & she was having really bad breathing prooblem

You know deep down you have done the right thing for Sky but it doesn't make it hurt any less.

RIP Sky ... no more discomfort little one.  Play hard at the bridge with all your new friends.

Skys now burried in me mums  back garden with all the other pets were had over the years.  When i phoned me mum about a space all she said was .......another bloody rat......yeahh mum ill be right up to ram me fist down ya gob.

Deeply sorry Dear One. I have been there, done that w-a-y too many times. It doesn't get easier.

I have no idea what your relationship is between you and your Mum. But the one thing I will say to you is that people generally don't understand. My babies ARE my babies. But to most, they are just animals. Their loss, for not understanding the love...

But I have come to accept (while yet resenting) their reactions. They do what they must do, as do I. I do, however, then choose to be more with people who know and understand - both the love, and the pain.

Sky, Lovely one - you are not alone. There are many who have greeted you on that side of the bridge. Many who, like you, will now wait for their Loved Ones. And, until they come, will look down with love and hope they feel it.

I hope you do.

Bad when it comes to animals...more specify on furries, hamsters(which i had years ago) slightly iffy but still got the attutide but  more with rats as sky is.  Her opinion of anyone keeping rats are disgusting & filthy & the fact that you pay for vet bills for these aniamls  to her is absolutely absurd  ...many a fight & words spoken  abiut her atutide to my  animals...............dont care who it is just dont get away with  it  Its the same with the rest of the  so called aniaml loving family
