As I'm on leave at the moment I've been spending as much "quality time" as I can with the puds. Yesterday I was sitting on the sofa enjoying a nice cup of tea with my feet up and Alfie and Frankie were sitting in front of the living room window watching the birds when a large Blackbird landed on the guttering next to the window. This is not un-usual but the boys were fascinated and I decided to get up and walk over when, as I was about 3 feet away, Alfie suddenly launched himself like a coiled spring straight at the window as if it wasn't there with such force that I nearly had kittens :) he hit the window/frame with a large thud and clung to the curtains. Fortunmately I was close enough to take his weight and get him safely down to earth before he had the curtain rail and maybe even the frame down. I swear that my heart missed a beat, he's never done this before when I'm around and hope he's learned a lesson.
Cheers
Leigh
