Glad about this one - although I have to say I would like to see the smirk wiped off the Enforcement Officer's face - they are the council equivalent of meter maids  >:(

I wonder where it was, there aren't many savannah breeders are there??

Yes but only illegal because he didnt have permission to build the building, nothing to do with cats.
