I got the go ahead on the adoption of two kittens following a home visit on Monday. At the end of the visit the lady said if I wanted to visit the kittens anytime I could. Does she really mean this, or is she just been nice? I'm embarrassed to asked! :shy: I was planning on going down today and spending some time with them (perhaps taking some piccies :sneaky: ) but i don't want to make a nuisance of myself. As I'm not getting then until they are 10 weeks old (they are 6-7weeks now) I'm concerned I'll miss some bonding time. What do you guys think when people come 'visiting'?

i think it is nice if people can do it, it is something people have never taken me up on yet, but I am sure she meant it. IS it a home based rescue?

no It's in a big dis used farm building. She could lock me in their pen for the afternoon and I'd be no bother! :)

In that case, it is easier to go along and be no bother, I Would ring up and make an app to go along.

we actively encourage people to come visit before they take their kitties home and often have people visiting for an hour or so to spend time playing with the kittens or spending time with their cat before they take them home.
although we are a home based rescue we have a 'cat room' so people are welcome to go in there for as long as they like so long as I don't have anyone else coming or have to pop out! :)
I doubt she would have said this to you though if she didn't mean it ;)
