I give her a call see if the wee cat is still there &  ask if shes willing to bring her down to me ...but i wont hold my breath on that.  will email john at animal concern  see if he will put out an appeal but hes up to his eyes the now, last email that was sent out stating that 'appeal emails' are going to be few now till he gets the backlog/meetings etc etc cleared.   SARA that Im with is now shut shop so cant email them for appeal.

I think John gets emails via my contacts anyway.  If you have no joy, let me know and I'll put a plea out for some transport

Mags, can you send me the number again, I've had another email about this cat.  The rescue is Blaikiewell Animal Sanctuary, so they may be able to help if she's  not already gone.

Right update here...........

I managed to get the lassie & have spoken with her about her wee cat.  I have emailed heather the forum & she is going to register for advice  & help as she  definitely wants to keep this wee cat but council have told her no.  They have come up with some bullshite law that i dont buy.

Does this mean she's going to be keeping the cat or does she still need help with rehoming  :shy:

if the council donst back down then shell she need rehoming but i have suggested that she goes see the housing officer again & ca b before this happens, i think all here would want  the cat to stay  at all possible before rehoming  but will leave it to heather to come on & tellyou more.

I knowyou have gone out your way  dawn & its much apprecated here but what i gather she donst wantto give the cat  up  but the council is playing sillybuggers
