Title: Whiskas Oh So 12 pouches £3 in Asda
Post by: tigerbaby on June 24, 2008, 14:24:17 PM
Just came back from Asda - Whiskas Oh So range are now on offer for £3, I'm giving them a try.

However it makes me question something: Hi Life Essentials are always 12 pouches for £2.88. That is way cheaper than Whiskas (any) 12 pouches packs - always over £3. Hi Life is MUCH better quality from what I gather!! How come Hi Life is cheaper??? I don't know how I haven't noticed before - next shop I will stock up on Hi Life instead.

Isn't hi-life Essentials just complementary though?

Not these ones - the ones I buy are complete: Hi Life Essentials.

I didn't bother buying the Fishy ones, as Jameson is not to keen on fishy wet food (he prefers ''the real thing''). I just fed him Oh So Meaty Chicken and it went down really well - first time I've seen him finish a whole pouch in a long while.

I noticed the Hi Life Essential pouches are 80g as opp. to 100g - but with Jameson that won't make that much of a difference, he usually leaves the last bit of chunks for me to throw away!
