Title: Panic Mouse

I got sent one of these by a lady hose cat wasn't interested. It seems to move awfully slowly - is that because the batteries aren't brand new or is it normal? Also, there isn't an on/off switch I'm missing is there?

You can increase/decrease the speed by turning the pink nose JS
