Clover is a stunning 3 year old longhaired tortie (yes, I know, not words I normally use in the sentence!!), who is looking for a new home due to her owner moving in with her boyfriend and a clash of personalities between cats, which has resulted in her trying to leave home, and more vet visits for their elderly cat due to fights. She is spayed and chipped, but her vacc records show she hasn't had any done since Sept 06. Pics will follow when she has settled a bit more, but her owner said she seemed happier and more settled than she had the 8 months since they moved (she has spent that time trying Feliway etc).

Ooooo, a longhaired torti. Hope Clover gets her new forever home soon. :)
-
Never thought that you would say those words together Desley and in your house too
-
I know!! her fur is gorgeous, I might have to go for longhaireds next, although I think she might be a semi-longhair, she has a ruff and fluffy tail, but the rest of her fur lies sleekly on her body - pics will prob be here tomorrow (no camera batteries at the mo!!). She is a very good eater, although did cry a bit overnight. I actually have two torties in teh house Gill, they might not be what I would choose, but you dont get that option when you foster.

she sounds lovely Des, its my oh's ambition to have "torties in every room"!! Sounds like you've beat him to it!
-
:wow: A long hair Tortie :drool; Cant wait to see her pictures.
-
Long haired torties are fab - Miss gracie is an all over longhair and then we have Team Tortie Miss Amber - Feral, Miss Xian Feral, Miss Gem - total purr pot and finally Baby Beijing
So much for not having more than one we are now proudly owned by 5 so its the tortitude headbutts from the Clan Cats torties!!!! :Luv2:
-
my I should send my oh up to you Liz, just for a few days so he can live his dream!!
-
Watch out Des they are comming for you
-
Dawn no problem!
Torties are fun and all ours have definite attitude!!!! ;D
-
Here she is, she is a lovely girl, definitely the nicest tortie in the house, and I am very taken with her long fur - I have met other longhaireds, but not been this enthralled. Ironically, I can sit in her room and be fine, but it is going to work that sets me off!!

What a stunner!! :Luv: She looks lovely.
-
Apart from teh amount of white, she reminds me a lot of Lucy, and I liked her colouring. I am drawn more to cats that have a lot of white on them (despite adoring pure blacks!!), which is why I think she is nicer looking than Zi. She has a cute thing going on her face - one side of her nose is black and the other ginger, you can only just see it on the first pics though.
-
Clover is gorgeous :Luv: Beautifull silky coat
-
Oh wow....what a stunner! :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
-
it feels really silky too Pav, i am fascinated by it - I have met other longhaireds, but they didn't feel as silky as she does. Such a good natured girl too.
-
Hi Desley, just wondering if Clover has found a forever home yet? She is so gorgeous :Luv:
-
She is still waiting Pav, but she has only been here 3 weeks.
-
Ohhh she is lovely - I am getting broody for another furry babes lol :drool;
I live in Wigan.
Already have 2 babies. One girl age 3 (had Lucy since she was 7 wks old) and boy aged 3 1/2 Tibby - CPL 2 1/2 months ago.
I just need a long haired baby to make my family complete - OH is goig to kill me.
Oh stop stop Amanda - is she still with you?
She is adorable
-
Clover came in due to not getting on with other cats (although had lived with one for 3 years), she hasn't shown any signs of being bothered by the other 4 here though, and we are not that far from wigan.
-
:innocent: Is a plan hatching, is it, is it?! ;D
-
Which of these pics do you all reckon would be the best on her rehoming page?
-
The middle one - she's a stunner. :)
-
Thats the one i thought too.
-
Head on because theres more of the subject in it, i would say windowsill if you crop out the background ;D
-
Middle pic for sure, shows off her fantastic colouring :Luv2:
-
Definitely middle one....she is gorgeous! :Luv:
-
Clover is just gorgeous, i agree middle one is purrrrfect. :Luv:
-
The middle one where you can see the colour on her back properly
-
I have changed it to the middle one, although I had to crop loads out, must remember to reduce the quality on my camera, CC can't cope with it!!
-
I think I have pm'd Des - not sure if it has worked.
I am going to work on Hubby as I really want Clover - she is such a cutie and will make my furry family complete with 3.
Hubby says no more cats - but I want one more - Lucy does not like other cats, but I think Tibby is lonely and needs company to snuggle to.
I have phoned the tel number on web-site so watch this space.
;)
