male people can. If you have breast tissue, you can get it ....

Yes, Dawn has had one with suspected mammary cancer, although he is the only one I have heard about on forums. The main reason female cats get mammary cancer is due to coming in and out of season so many times without being mated, so it does stand to reason that it would be lower in males - their equivalent is testicular cancer, and the average age is the same for both, 10 years.
