They are indeed the little ginger boys form Canterbury...................I am aiming to pick them up around lunchtime - so should be back home mid afternoon. Beavis knows something is going on , he is very keen to get in the kitten pen! :evillaugh:
-
How long is it since you've had kittens Kirst? I think you're in for a shock :evillaugh:
-
I got Beavis and Oscar at 12 weeks old......................10 years ago!!!!!
-
Be afraid, be very afraid :evillaugh: Beavis will seem like a drunk tortoise compared to your two little whirlwinds, get one last good nights sleep tonight while you still can :evillaugh: I adopted the boys after losing Tiggy aged almost 19, what a shock to the system they were :tired: In a lovely way though of course :Luv:
-
Ah yes the joys of the kitty wall of death at 2 o'clock in the morning  Congrats on getting your new babes Kirst I'm sure they will be well spoilt :Luv2:

-
Oooh how exciting! My kittens come on Wednesaday, 1pm (ive been waiting about 5 weeks!) so I know how you feel!
We bought a scratcher post from argos that was the same price.. and took it back the next day as well! They were really naff lol. We now have two super big ones as the kitten ones are pretty pointless as far as I understand lol.
Can't wait to see the pics!!
-
Oooh Cathry where did you get the scratch posts from??
Gill , already have a litter tray for Beavis (not that he uses it much but as hes in at night he needs one!) so have got another two for the new boys , one in the pen and one in the hallway so they have plenty of choice!
Insurnace will be done at the vets when I go and register and get second vacs done. I have thrown all the windows and dors open in the house this morning , to air it whilst I still can!
-
Oooh very exciting!! We'll be thinking of you and your new babies :Luv:

oh how exciting Krist.... gingers are fantastic... although a distinctive character I would say... every time I got one of my gingers I would say 'never again' and then the next time one comes into the rescue I'm drooling over them and head over heals.
Don't know what it is there is just something about gingers :Luv2:
-
i agree i love my ginger boys. i would agree with the shock thing too. my two loved to climb up my leg and back i was covered in scratches for months till they were to big to climp ohh the pain . have fun

:waiting: its almost painful waiting!
-
Oooh Cathry where did you get the scratch posts from??
I got mine from an ebay shop recommended to be on here: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/AlbanyPetsLTD_W0QQssPageNameZstrkQ3amefsQ3amesstQQtZkm
They really are fab, and fantastic for the price! I bought two, and I'm so happy with both of them. Neither cost me more than £30, and they would have been so much more from places like Pets at Home... I went there today as I needed a few more water bowls and saw someone buy a cat scratcher than was about the size of my foot - and I have small feet!
Heres the two I bought:

They're very good quality and of a great size but not too big they take up too much space (I'm in a one bed flat lol).
Looking forward to seeing pics of your gorgous ginger kitties!
