My sister gets married tomorrow which means going to gone for 2 days, OH is joining me tomorrow which means they will be left overnight but as Henry wasn't feeling too good slightly concerned about leaving him. My neighbour is more than happy to check on them, OH leaves the house at 11 and she will check on them at teatime, before bedtime and again in the morning. Originally OH wasn't going as he is recovering from back surgery but he's feeling better than he thought he would and wants to go.
I've left the vets number, the OOH number, the hotel number and my mobile just panicing in case there is something I've forgotten.

oooh Congrats to your sister hope it all goes well. I'm sure the boys will be fine and it sounds like you have everything covered. I'm sure the minute your OH leaves the house the boys will curl up and spend the day sound asleep until your neighbour comes round to check on them.
Have a great time and try not to worry about your babies.

I am sure they will be fine

They will be fine! They'll probably enjoy a night off without the doting parents, free to rule the house and have a party!! I think thats what Jameson does, invites all his mates down. I sometimes come back to a sofa full of pawprints and muddy leaves.

Enjoy your overnight stay.....Im sure everything will be fab! ;)

Everything went really well, sun was shining and everyone had a really great time. Also got to spend the whole day with my 2 year old niece that we never get to see (luckily my brothers ex father in law insisted she came).
The boys were fine and despite my drama queen tendencies managed not to worry. Was nice to see them and anyone who says cats aren't loyal would be totally disproven when they saw the fuss the cats made over us. I was concerned about Henry as he had been ill Thursday but lactulose seems to be doing do the trick and he was right as rain.
