We have been named as the official guardians of 3 feral cats from tayside, they arrived 10 days ago, the day after gem and Brodie!
They are currently living in our downstairs study having been trapped and sorted out and then kept in pens for 3 weeks till I recovered enough from my Op
So we now have Miss Cissy aged 14ish and grey tabby and a little hissy but sweet enough, Smudger and grey and white boy who is living in our tiger striped wigwam and lastly Ragamuffin a long haired grey and white lady,. Smudger and ragamuffin are 7ish and not related to Miss Cissy!
They came from a herb farm who complained they were eating the herbs and taht they we damaging the crops not!
They have settled in well and are completely litter tained, love the wiggly waggler and catnip and treats and are now safe, warm and wanted alsthough introductions to our mob may be a little longer than we would have liked but Gem is currently ensconced the the family room so we don't want any introductions till her family is alittle older.
These poor things were going to be poisoned so what can we say apart from

"They came from a herb farm who complained they were eating the herbs and that they we damaging the crops not!"
   What are they cats or cows?
Poor babies under threat of poisoning. So pleased they are now Clan members Liz. Will they be keeping those names .. surely they should be called Parsley, Dill and Sage ;)

So pleased that you have saved them
-
so glad they are with you Liz, I am being very naive in wondering who poisons cats???
-
The farm provides organic herbs and was getting >issed off with the cats spraying and digging up stuff - there were more 2 were poisoned and one is now with another feral cat person and one died in captivity it went white including all its paws but this 3 are fine and doing well
The names will be staying as they seem to respond to them and are clean little souls who used the litter tray and love treats although Smudger is not a morning person!

so purposely poisoned by the people at the farm??
