Title: Meet Junior
Post by: Pinkbear (Julie) on June 01, 2008, 00:18:54 AM
This poor little bundle was found soaking wet, abandoned in the middle of a thunder storm. If it wasn't for the quick actions of a dog walker, he wouldn't have made it.  :'(

The dog walker took him to one of our regular vets, who nursed him back to health free of charge and signed him over to us.  :naughty:

It was all of 2 hours before a family fell in love with him and asked to reserve him. All we need now is to build him up enough for first vac and them he can go. Meantime, he alternates between being the most loving, cuddly little kitten you ever met to a fierce, prolific hunter of bath-sponges. And yes, those markings on his head might well grow to be Devil horns!

I can't get a good photo of them, but he has the most amazing eyes. Like a dark olive green!  :Luv2:

I'm so angry that someone could have dumped him like that. There really is no excuse. Any of the vets or rescues would have taken him in. We for sure always make taking kittens in a priority because of just this thing. Junior would not have lasted a night out where he was - he was just too little to fend for himself.  >:( :'(

Aww, I do love white and blacks. I am glad that he was found in time, and will now get the home he deserves.

Oh WOW... how weird is that.... he is the double... and I mean double of little Maverick, one of the 3 feral kittens that arrived with us a couple of weeks ago.

This little one is running us ragged here.  :evillaugh: It's funny how you know, even from this early age, exactly what they're going to be like as adults.  :sneaky: Junior is going to be the kind of puss who steals the family roast then blames in on the dog.  :tired:  He's absolutely adorable and the vet had better vac him soon or he may not make it out of the door.  :Luv:
