I finally had a bit of a clear up a few weeks ago and moved a lot of cat junk which I (or my cat) don't use including the lovely bed I bought her which she used once for about 10 minutes. I stacked everything under my bed and marvelled at all the space I had in my lounge.
Now I bet you can guess what I'm going to say ..... just found Lily curled up asleep in her bed which is under my bed. She couldn't use it when I had lovingly placed it in a corner of the lounge , oh no, she had to wait until it was in a very inaccessable space and make me look nasty for shoving her bed away.

I put the vetbed stuff on top of it, cos she never used that either. But she hasn't won this one, oh no, I going to keep her bed under mine and see how she likes it! (actually she probably has won hasn't she - damn and blast!)

Lily has definitely won, she's probably been waiting for a bed to be put there for ages

Great story Lily, I'd say it was game, set and match to her ;D
Before I adopted Alfie I bought a very nice scratch post with dangling toys etc. for over two years he has studiously avoided using it until the other evening he went "beserk" with it, scratching it, climbing on it, hugging it, playing with the toys etc., he must have walked past it and curled up next to it a thousand times, aren't they strange creatures?.
Cheers
Leigh

Bless her :Luv: Poor little Lily having her beautiful comfy bed stuck under her Mum's bed :evillaugh: The boys are the same, they hadn't set paw in their Whiskas bed so I decided to sell it on ebay, the next day they are both in and out of the bed like yo-yo's :innocent:

These furries are very fickle lol, they're one step ahead of us, that's for sure :evillaugh:

I tend to find the more open the space for Lexy, the more she ignores it. The more cramped and uncomfortable and she'll make a home there. I've given up trying to understand her!!
Lily is just lush :Luv:

lol... yip she definately won! they really aren't daft you know!! ;) she looks so adorable and ever so comfy though! lol

Bless, they do have strange ways.
I recently sold a cat bed on ebay because mine wouldnt use it, and as I was waiting for the winning bidder to come and collect it, my cat decided she liked it after all and jumped in, but it was too late by then as it had been sold. :)

Rolo did that with his bed too - him and Moses do prefer beds on windowsills though fortunately. What was worse with him though is that he stayed quiet as a mouse while I Was looking for him, and was nearly late for work trying to find him.
