It has an attachment under the yellow circle with what looks like a mouse tail sticking out at the end.

A motor makes the attachment spin round the circle in a random way. It looks like something moving under the canvas circle.

I have found it expensive but good value as he gets so much enjoyment out of it. He carts it off the concrete onto the grass himself if I have it out in the garden and he whirls round it in the dining room.
