Heres a cosy threesome today - Gypsy, Lucy and Honey. A few mintues before, I had been sitting there reading my mag, got up to do something (work, ha!), looked round, and they'd all piled on there! Funny, I had to go out and was looking everywhere for my list (forget what I need otherwise ;D ) - after about half hour of thinking I was going completely mad - realised the list was underneath Honey!

What a great sight, what breed are they? ;D
-
Thanks everyone!
Gill - they're colourpoint Persians, Gypsy is a blue-cream point, Lucy is a creampoint and Honey is a lilac point.
They always seem to hop into the chair that I just vacated, meaning I can't sit back down - I guess theyr'e trying to tell me to get on and do some work ;D
-
Oooooooooooo I so excited you can send us lots of lovely pictures as they are growing up.
Andddddddddddddddd what a lot of pictures you will be drawing
-
Well, theyre pretty grown up already! Gyps is 9 , Lucy is 9 and Honey is 7. Lucy I've had since she was a kitten, and Gypsy and Honey I took on about 3yrs ago as ex-breeding girls - I took them on as a pair, and you'd think introducing 2 cats to the already established 12 I had at the time would have been difficult - but in fact they were easy to introduce!
I havent drawn any of my Persians yet, they are quite difficult I think because all that fur kinda disguises the fact that they've got any shape LOL!
-
Good heavens in that picture they looked like kittens ;D
I know what you mean about no shape cos of the fur  I tried to do a quick sketch of Misa and my teach said I get all the curves down first...................curves, not a curve in sight just a chairful of fur
-
Awwww they are beautiful :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
I thought they were kittens too ;)
-
How lovely they are - I thought they were kittens too and the picture got me broody again ! I always felt a bit sorry for women who always wanted another baby as each child grew up but an beginning to understand the feeling now !
-
a quick read before bed time lol how gorgeous are those fluffy butts!
-
Gosh! I thought they were kittens too!
-
Gillian, what a gorgeous threesome! :Luv: The only thing I can think of right now is that I'd love to sink my bare feet into all that lovely warm, fluffy fur...
:ahh:
Mind, knowing my luck, I'll just get my tootsies munched...
Gill, try drawing the eyes first and working outwards instead.
-
Yes Witty thats what Gillian said but Misas eyes were not visible
He is not a very good model cos he moves as soon as he thinks something is happeniong , the nosey so and so!
-
:Luv: awww beautiful! I love cuddle pics! don't get many of those around here
-
Aww, lovely pic!!
-
Beautiful, and so contented!

I'm amazed you all thought they were kittens! - but when I look at the pic again, I can see what you mean LOL
Reynard - I don't think any of them would munch your toes, in fact they'd prob love it, I quite often rest my feet on 'em ;D
ChrisB - i know what you mean about the broody thing - its such a long time since I've had kittens in the house, in fact Lucy (the creampoint in the pic) and Ben a bluepoint, not in the pic, were the last kittens - 9yrs ago! Since then its been adult cats, mostly rescues, and as I said, some ex-breeding girls. Milliie, a sealpoint persians was 15 when I adopted her, she was 19 when she had to be pts last year. This is her - very elegant! ;D

Gillian, so I'm not the only one tempted to sink feet in all that lovely soft and fluffy fur then... Your gorgeous Longhairs look like great company! :Luv:
Gill, if Mr Misa won't sit still, grab some photos and work from those. ;)
