I placed an order with them last week and still haven't recieved it, I've emailed them twice and had no response, tried calling but it won't connect! I'm getting a bit worried now and Milo needs a new cat tree asap! :Crazy:

I've used them many times and they always deliver :) so just hang in there. their email support on their contact page is pretty prompt

Thanks Horza I've emailed them again and still nothing and they have taken the money!

never had any problems with them apart from the odd broken packaging or missing item and when i complain i get a voucher.
mind you, I've been waiting for the orijen to be stocked up for the past month - i had to resort to buying small pouches at a premium last time (which i know is not thir fault!)

if they have taken the money then they have dispatched they are good like that only take the money when dispatched, or at least in my case :)

Phew my Mum just called and its arrived.
The box is huge apprently and hubby can't carry it on his own, he thinks i've ordered Milo a tree, well I have but also a bed for Jess and new water bowls, ;D

Phew glad it's arrived ok .... sounds like two toys in one ... a nice new tree AND a huge box to hide in ..... you really are spoiling Milo ;)

Well the box was massive the boys would have loved it but sadly it was so big we couldn't get it back from my Mum and Dad's so poor Milo had to go without, :rofl:
However they love their tree, but aren't sure about the new bed yet
