Anyone know anyone in or near Coventry who can take these in for 2 - 3 weeks until my fosters go to their new homes?
Can provide kitten pen. If you can help please phone number on covcat website.
I don't like the thought of thm being there overnight.
-
Ahhh sorry Angie can't help ... Fingers crossed you can get this little family tucked up safe for the night :(
-
Being so far away I can't do anything tonight but if they can be got down here I have a kitten pen vacant.
-
good luck with these guys... just wrong end of the country for me! ;)
-
Have you tried Mid Warks Angie?
-
Panic over - sort of.
It was coventry CP who mentioned them to me and I've been fretting since. Just phoned up about them and the lady who reported it has a phobia about cats and says she's been told there are probably about 2 - 3 weeks old. On advice she has put food down for them today but none of it has gone.
So not much else anyone can do now.
I've already picked up a mum to be and a mum with 3 kittens today so I've been phoning round - I'd decided they would come in with me and have to share living accomodation with the mum and her two remaining kittens - first ones went Saturday :(
-
That's a relief, I'm not sure what OH would have said if he'd come home at midnight to find his office had been requisitioned again...
-
Yes I'm relieved but in reality its not going to be too long before I really have to stop even trying to help in situations like these, Its going to be a long summer!
-
I'm glad the panic is over, but if you need my help in the future with little ones, let me know - it always seem to start later down here.
-
glad to hear things sorted themselves out.
-
Lets just hope mumcat has found a safe place for them. I'm going out this afternoon and stopping overnight so if this lady sees them lets hope its soon!
-
Best of luck Angie! :wish:
-
blimee! 4 one week olds and mum cat coming in tomorrow from Bedworth!
I think the original cry for help is still valid.
Anyone in and around Coventry who fancies a bit of kitten sitting please get in touch!

I hate this time of year :(
Kittens :Luv: yes but loving homes :( -just not enough to go round :'( :'(
WHY O WHY don't people neuter their cats - then it's the cats fault she get pregnant :censored: :censored:.

this is so frustatrating, i'm sitting here with a spare bedroom all ready to take kittens but i've not heard of any where i live.
this is the first year in four years of fostering that i've not had anything!
-
We havent got any kittens in at the moment either Hels, we had one pregnant mum in Jan and that has been it so far - the other rescue I fundraise for havent' had any either this year, so hopefully it is a sign of a good year - doens't stop people wanting kittens though!!
